Structured basketball training for players who want real development.
Small-group training built on fundamentals, decision-making, and accountability — not open gym, not hype-driven programs.
Serving Bethesda, MD and Fairfax, VA · Placement is limited. We prioritize coachable athletes and consistent attendance.
A system — not random workouts.
Hoop Remedy is a structured training environment designed to improve performance through repeatable habits: footwork, ball control, shooting foundations, and live decision-making.
Athletes don’t just “get reps.” They learn what to work on, why it matters, and how to apply it in games. Every session follows a clear progression. Every group is capped. Every athlete is coached.
